Construction has begun on the project with anticipated completion by Fall 2024. We have invested heavily up front in securing the severance, paying for the building permits and all of the extensive development fees. Additionally we have been faced with increasing material and merchandise costs and the excessively high prices of skilled trades. We are now desperately seeking help from the community and the home building and supply industries to partner with us to make this dream a reality.
